Recently, our MyTime support groups at Child and P Recently, our MyTime support groups at Child and Parent Centres Carey Park and Collie got creative making bath bombs.

It wasn’t just about making something lovely to take home. It was an opportunity to pause, indulge in some self-care and connect with others who get what you're going through. We had beautiful conversations that gave us a welcome break from the usual medical appointments, school meetings and everyday demands of parenting.

Sometimes, having a space where you can simply be yourself, have a laugh, share experiences and feel understood is exactly what’s needed. 💛

That’s what MyTime is all about — connection, support, understanding and time for you.

If this resonates with you, come along to your nearest MyTime support group. No registration or diagnosis required.
